Before becoming a translator, I spent several years teaching English as a foreign language and Italian to foreign learners — an experience that sharpened my ear for nuance and register, and taught me what makes a text sound natural rather than merely correct. When schools closed during the COVID-19 pandemic, I pursued a Master's in specialized translation from English and Spanish into Italian, which led to an in-house position as a patent translator, where I learned the craft and found my specialization.

I later went freelance, expanding into two fields I'm passionate about: technical-medical translation and sports and tourism content — a natural fit for an avid traveler and sports enthusiast such as myself.

Today, I work primarily on patents, medical texts, and sports and tourism content, bringing to each field the precision and communicative flair needed to deliver a translation that reads as if it were never translated at all.
